So today is the last day to see my pieces in person. Photos do not do them justice as many have shared in their reviews and comments. So let me encourage you to take this change to view them in person. No pressure to buy, just to see.
I am so thankful to be given this great opportunity by Lisa at The Project Box in Paseo. It is located at 3003 Paseo Dr, OKC. Lisa is an artist herself and does amazing work. Her gallery is a wonderful opportunity for new and emerging artists and each month you will find the new along with the seasoned.
I was also blessed to share this show with the talented Angela Westerman of Organic Abstracts. She is a dear friend who instigated and arranged for this show. I am so grateful for her encouragement and support.
The sales were more than I had expected, but that was not the goal for this particular event. I wanted to do my best to present skilled pieces in a varied range of techniques. I wanted to present to the public the best work that I can do at this time.
As most of you know I was up against a time crunch because of a broken ankle. But did manage to meet my goal. Yes there are several pieces that I would have loved to have spent more time on, but as an artist I know we always feel that way.
I do want to personally thank everyone who came to opening night and to everyone who came along later in the month that I did not get to meet and thank one on one.
One more day - today - to see it. You will be glad you did.
